Day Seven: Mawwiage...

I would like to start this post by stating that I hate weddings. I think that they're a silly waste of time and money. To quote Shameless (brilliant show), "aside from the prezzies and the pissup, give me three good reasons why you want to get married." So, when today's blog calls for me to talk about weddings, I would like it to know that I am gravely offended. But I shall give it a crack.

The perfect day would most definitely NOT involve a cupcake-esque white gown. In fact, it wouldn't even be a white gown because white looks horrible on me. There would be no churches. No 4-million-of-your-closest-friends. Instead, it'd probably be held in a pub. (It worked for my parents and it's my home away from home anyway.) The guest list would be kept to a minimum. I'd be wearing something that looked nice on, probably with Doc Martens because they're the most comfortable shoes known to man. And our first dance would be to this song:
Those are my thoughts on weddings....Moving right along...

I has a tired. I've been working with kids all day, doing still life paintings at the Summer Arts Program. Then I went and did some laps. Tomorrow I have to get up and do the gallery thing again. Thursday is my day off. I'm gonna sleep in so good, you have no idea.
